Projectroom Management System

Designed and developed a project management portal for Leantrak — a tool built for the company's inspection service business, enabling project managers, contractors, clients, and sub-contractors to collaborate around shared project information.

The core design problem was one of information access and appropriate boundaries: different stakeholders needed different views of the same project data, with the right level of detail and the right permission structure. Designed the information architecture and key interface flows to support this multi-role environment while keeping the everyday experience fast and low-friction for project managers in the field.

Delivered across both design and front-end development — one of the early projects where working across the full stack produced a tighter, more intentional product.
