Financial School Management
2006
Co-founder and Design Lead for Enlit — a financial benchmarking and management tool built for educational institutions, enabling school administrators to visualise, compare, and act on financial performance data.
As co-founder, the work extended beyond design execution: it included product definition, user research, roadmap planning, and the kind of iterative validation that comes from direct access to real users. Designed the core dashboard and benchmarking interface from first principles, translating complex financial datasets into clear, actionable visualisations for a non-technical audience of administrators and decision-makers.
The project spanned concept through to live product, with ongoing user testing driving meaningful design improvements across the product's lifetime.
